I've signed 310 youth players in total, and 18 of those have been talents, but no superyouths. The link posted by Loyals suggests a 1.08% chance of signing a PP22 or higher.Long Dog Wanderers wrote:What's the typically probability of developing a good youth?

The potential numbers 1-30 in the blog is NOT equivalent to PP. PP were derived from the old scout. The numbers in the blog is the back end actual potential.Plymouth Patches wrote:I've signed 310 youth players in total, and 18 of those have been talents, but no superyouths. My stats show that I got a talent around 5.8% of the time. Call me lucky
PP isn't official in any way. It's just convenient to compare players across facilities.FC Viitorul Constanta wrote:Yeah, I was gonna suggest the same, but this is unclear from the lack of documentation generally available on VMan.
