What happens to Talents/WK's at non-player clubs?

Nothing, they're lost unless the club is assigned a human manager but I'm not sure if the team is reset or it continues with previous players...
But there aren't that many talent players on but clubs this must be the exception, from before the release of youth team when 22 potential players weren't worth much, not even the DCs

I guess he'll go on the market when his contract expires
I guess bot clubs automatically renew contracts... he has a good 3 months of being in the club
