Does anyone know any good apps to make custom wallpapers or anyone that could make me a few?

Well Photoshop obviously but that obviously costs and I presume you are looking for something free.

What sort of thing are you looking for? Phone wallpaper, desktop? Football themed, etc?

Phone wallpapers preferable that I can customise and football related

I found a great shop earlier this year, but unfortunately the Covid restrictions were the final nail in their coffin and it's closed down
