Cup giant killings

Is there any way to boost the hopes of lesser teams up against the 'giants' in cup games?
And should the final be played at a neutral venue?

Yes A) if their keeper is on the transfer list and somebody buys him just before kick off

B) Instrust your defenders to break opponents legs

C) Pray

If the final was neutral, at least the revenue would be shared which I'm all for.
