How did manages already find out about this guy ?

There must be something that I have overlooked since I have been playing VM.

I have a formidable youth (at least for now) that has only had 2 trainings. But, there are already 8 managers who have added him to their shortlists. How in the world did they already find him ? There must be some tool or something that I don't know about.

I know VManInfo has been retired. I am just curious about the method they used. I don't get involved in overpaying for new youths anyway. So, it is just curiosity at this point.

My first talent had a lot of interest early on, as was pretty decent .my second talent got a couple after his first train which was a good train but the second wasn’t the best and didn’t get scouted again, still sold well though
