Virtual Manager + Blockchain = ?

Has there been any thought about incorporating blockchain into Vman?

I'm working in that field, and just returned to Vman after I played it ≈ 14 years ago.

Incorporating blockchain into Vman obviously have flaws that needs to be taken into consideration, but it could also open up some very cool features with outsourcing of training, real finances around the clubs, making money from farming players, etc.

You'd get that fairly quickly exactly by incorporating blockchain.

Another small step could also just be if the game admin opened up an API, so you could build on top of Virtual Manager?

What type of api do you have in mind?

Blockchain is not something that will be considered any time soon.
And blockchain does not give a mobile app either, or close to it.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean with 'type of API', but any API that will allow some kind of read/write access, would at least allow other people to build tools on top of Vman.

What's behind your claim that "blockchain does not give a mobile app, or close to it"? That's exactly one of the core benefits of blockchain; incentivized extensibility.

Regardless, you will have to make the mobile app, with or without blockchain - it does not automatically happen..

We do have read api for some things, but there is no write access, and there will not be any. This game is played through this website and not through a third party. That will not happen.

Interesting. It would definitely need some thought, but yeah - could be interesting.
