Can i ask why it keeps logging me out i click save details but every time i check my team i have to log in again it's getting pretty frustrating ?

I do feel your outrage ,however the simple solution is to employ someone for these ever so time consuming mundane tasks .

Try clearing cache and cookies on your browser see if that makes any difference.

it is very annoying lol i thought it might be to do with the website my mate says it's happening to him also so i dunno

My guess would be that it's todo with the tokens expiry time, and that it might be set pretty low (e.g. it expires in 5 or 10 minutes), if so, there is nothing you can really do about that, I'm guessing VM have it so short for a reason, because it is a bit of a needless point of frustration for those using VM in the background while doing other things.
