need some advice.

Hi all,
Would like some advice on what is the best formation and why / tactics and especially instructions to the players.
For instance, take a look at this game. I feel there's no way I should of lost though I know it happens to better teams than mine.
Is there anything you guys/gals would change to improve my team or just make them harder to beat?

had a look at the game and respective teams - you had the same amount of shots, but his FC was better otherwise there wasnt much in it and in truth you arent that much different in the league.

your 4-4-2 or 4-4-1-1 is ok - not my preferred option, but you are a few divs higher than i am so hey-ho

might it be worth spreading your front two out a bit, one slightly left the other right to provide the opportunity for angles to be opened up in the penalty area.
