Games affecting ability.

I think this game would be better if training wasnt the only way of improving a players stats, for example if you had a 25 year old that was playing well, his abilities should go up faster, so say you had a 25 year old with 50 rating, his rating could increase faster if he is playing well in his game, would be hard to add to the game but would make it more realistic.

Games are really messed up,just by watching a match you can see that all of the players are just the same.
