What if I say, I used all of my money on a player but I found a better player and I wanted to auction for him instead. I get this notification saying that my money is locked on another players bid, can't we have an option to cancel a bid?

This is a terrible idea, no offense to you my friend. This will create massive bidding wars in which when one bidder decides he no longer wants to continue in the auction, can simply cancel his bid leaving the other bidder stuck massively overpaying for a player. If they both cancel, then what was the point of the auction..?
