Give lesser teams a chance to win trophies

Its what football is about and lets be honest, the NCC isn't for newcomers.

My ideas are,

Cups for each individual division spread across different countries

Or cups in each country spread across different divisions .
E.g. Cup 1 - Div 1,2,3 Cup 2 Div 4,5,6 Cup 3 - Div 7,8,9

I know that divisions 8 + 9 are mostly bots, just an example

so you mean like , league cups ? i like it.

All the tools are there for lesser teams to compete in the cups that are already here.

The tools are there to build to compete, but why not be able to win cups along the way and win abit more prize money. I am never going to compete in a cup were I can draw division 1/2 teams
