A place where you can create merchandise such as jerseys ,hats, scarves, footballs etc.
You can only sell merchandise at home games and the amount you sell will depend on numerous contributing factors such as number of supporters, set price of merchandise, how well you're team are doing in that season, but most importantly, the level of your club shop. Start at Level 1 and work your way up to for example level 10 and the higher the level of the shop the more fans you attract and ultimately the more money you make.
Also big cup matches and league matches would make more money than a friendly etc.
You would also get to choose what is in the shop and give a basic colour design and decoration to the pieces of merchandise to match your club colours.

However like scouts and trainers who have a day wage, the club shop will have a daily running cost and if sales aren't high the owner might need to lower prices in order to break even.

Not a bad idea however it would make the financial gap between top teams and lower league teams even bigger

It's an idea they would implement in an ideal world
In an ideal world there would be a lot more facets to the game than this. If you choose to buy players and train them as a group, boredom sets in.
