Loyalty bonus.

You could have a loyalty bonus to paying members. Maybe a £500K OR a1mil a month for repeat prescription, or 10 to 15 million for a yearly pass for new customers but only last for a year.

This will give new small new clubs a chance. Also other small clubs that have been playing for longer then a year could get some sort off cash injections into there clubs to help out. Only clubs that need it not those with millions in bank or in squad.

The bonus won't achieve anything, eg

If I have £50 and you have £5. My spending power is £45 more.

If we both get given £10. You would then have £15 and I would have £60. I'd still have £45 more spending power.

The £10-15million cash injection for new members only would leave slot of disgruntled current members. VM relies on repeat memberships. There would be no incentive for previous players of the game to return and manage their abandoned clubs when they are competing against teams worth 15m.

Also there is the potential cheats would set up new clubs and filter the 15m to their more established club.
