Players need to be paid wages in relation to there ability and not vifa ranking of the club. Currently, clubs are sitting with good players, paying a pittance and throwing games to stay in lower divisions, which IMO has made the game very uncompetative. Do this and mangers might start playing the game again in the spirit it was mean`t to be played Also, get rid of the tactics where teams can play slower, relaxed games, as this allows clubs to throw games, which in any sport, and this is a sport based game, would be cheating, and fines/bans would be applied.
