Well I think a PM would’ve been more appropriate and perhaps more sensible.

Well I think a PM would’ve been more appropriate and perhaps more sensible.
I have to disagree on the basis and not because it's aimed at me on this occasion but that its public so other managers who didn't know its someone's birthday can also send their wishes ie Paul and PK did also wish me a happy birthday.

To be fair Liam you didn't really have to get involved with the thread

There isn’t enough there to convience me that this isn’t a better option than a PM.

I wanted to get involved in the thread though, I cannot change that but what I can do is respect your opinion and say yeah fair enough, just because I don’t understand the point of this thread doesn’t mean that others can’t.
