Say I wanted to show you this video in this first post:

If you look at the above URL, you will see near the end, an = sign. This is on all youtube videos.
The part of the URL I'll need is the = and everything AFTER it.
So to convert the above url to video in here I'll need from the above URL:
=Qptnc-cb7_U
What I then need is the below code:
[youtube*]
Remove the asterisk, replace it with the aforementioned part of the URL:
Should give you the video below.
