I've had a player pick up an injury and the prognosis is that he is injured indefinitely. I don't have any level of physiotherapy. Will my player recover and will a timescale be given at any stage?

Based on the amount of energy he lost, he shouldn't be out for long, it should soon notify you how long he will be out for when it gets closer to the time his injury will heal
It only shows injured indefinitely as you don't have a physio. Give it a couple days and they will come back from injury
