A player could loan a player to another player while promising to train automatcicley at there old clubs traing allowing the parent clubto see to there doing,

Just a thought.

Been suggested about 40 million times - it's not a good idea in this game - too much room for cheating etc - loaning players in for cup finals etc etc.

I see no problem in loaning players when there's a maximum amount , based on they're value/salary.
