Is that the same tool that helped find untrained players? Think I remember what you're talking about.

My personal preference is too have all scouts and trainers that are useless removed. Theres no point even looking through the lists when I can just use the ones you post.
Having meaningful trainers and scouts would save you a job

Pretty much the same indeed.

Right now the staff market sucks - no reason to argue about that.
As mentioned earlier. There have been models proposed but so far other projects have had priority
