Charlie gave me the idea earlier

How about everyone join the same league let's all try get into the same division, obviously a load of us are in the in different divisions so only the top division are guaranteed to join together, but everyone else can join in lower leagues if we're lucky

Not being funny, just want to switch to a guaranteed division 2 rather than fall down a division due to number of people joining.
