I translated some danish pages after a bit of googling as i hadnt heard of it.

Basically if a player is too specialised in one or more stats (eg finishing and dribbling being high for a striker) then there is a 15% penalty applied to the training of those stats.

After all, we have the effect that if a player trains stats that are already well above the average of all his other stats, then the training is reduced. It dampens the training if a player becomes too specialized. It has always been like that.

But, after we have removed the Mod, Without Ball, Balance, Hop and Strength from the training programs, those states will never rise, and it may well be that they are now starting to pull the average down a bit. This means that some players may begin to run into the anti-specialization effect, depending on how they have been trained.

However, the effect is not very large and comes into play only if the trained states are more than 15% above average.

One third percent of the workout is deducted for each 1% the trained state is higher than the average, after the first 15%.

Ie that if the trained state is 45% higher than the average, then the training is reduced by 10%. = (45-15) / 3

I have adjusted the code so that the 5 removed stats no longer count in the average.

There use to be a script where you could pick up youths who hadn't trained. I "heard" it was very handy tool to have. smiley
