Training - players not losing %

As the title states, I trained today and it seems all my 15 year olds have not lost any fitness %. All players were trained on hard and I've checked to make sure they all had a trainer in the groups.
Any ideas why this happened?

A bug it would seem. This happened before too. Could train on extreme later so if not fixed. Did your older players lose energy?

yep older players have lost energy

This has happened to me every now and then, but I haven't said ought, thought I just take advantage

It seems to happen more often by now. Yet we haven't been able to identify what is causing it.
