I don't think so. Of course, I am assuming that you are talking about the high auction price.
I see this all the time. A lot of managers seem to way overpay for 15 y/o's with a lot of potential.
This player went for over 20m. He probably won't reach that in posted player value until he is about 27/28 y/o.
I really don't understand the over-valuing of 15 y/o players. The only thing that I can think of is that some managers have so much cash to spend that they don't mind overpaying for a quality player that they can train from start to finish. At least, that is my guess.
It certainly is not the fact that a 15 y/o player has no salary for the first year. The salary savings doesn't come close to making up for the overpayment.

He is an MC (one of the most valuable positions along with CB) prices will always go higher. He had a nice report on my scouts. Price is fine & normal
