Ability to change stadium stand names

As the title says, you could edit the stand names of your stadium from the default 'north stands', 'west stands' etc. Yeah this would be quite a pointless and minor change but easy to implement and fun nonetheless.

Just FYI - and to show that good ideas are not all overlooked completely,
I have managed "by the back door" to bring this one to the attention of VM HQ
