Training exercise not saving bug?

I'm trying to recreate my training exercises for youth and senior teams however they're not saving when I click save so cannot get any groups for training. Anyone else having this issue? I am playing on a phone so not sure if that has anything to do with it.
Also just to clarify, we can use the same trainer for one group in both youth and senior squad?

Yup, the senior training exercises is not saving for me either. I think it actually saves but then reverts back to what it was before. Nevertheless, it's not working properly. Also, Yes, you can use the same trainers for youths and seniors.

Seems to be not saving when a trainer isn’t selected! Hope that’s of some help to peoples
