The youth team system is great and I'm desperate to maximise the development of my youth players. I wonder if it would be possible to add a small XP boost to a random stat for each X mins a youth player plays. This could differ based on age and the players' actual potential, but I'm only talking about a small benefit.
Perhaps it could be boosted when a player under 23 plays in the first team as well.
Just a thought, please let me know if this is or is not a good idea,
