When should I upgrade my training ground?

I lucked out getting a super youth last week and alongside flipping i've managed to obtain around 29.5 million credits, Is it worth upgrading to Black immediately for 20.6m or should I wait for a higher training facility? I wouldn't buy Black until I hit 30m to unlock the extra achievement money so I'd still have over 10m to continue flipping, Or should I wait a little longer and save for Light Blue? I know youths on Lawn generally command higher fees

Is black good enough to develop players reasonably is my main question

Any help would be greatly appreciated

When you got 10 million in the bank upgrade to standard training facility ( grey ) in one go . This is the bare bones training facility for developing players plus if you create a good youth over 70% no trainer average
Over 5 days the player will be worth more on green if training above 80% then you got a player who should always be but on 24 hr auction starting O c
