Yes mate. You can either move them back to your youth team from your main team or if you wish, sell them.

How do I send players back to my main team not youth I don't want the youth team or league showing

There’s a directional arrow on your player page. Hit the up arrow on everyone and your youth team will not have anyone on there anymore.
