What with the forthcoming changes to the trainer/scout stuff I was just wondering if it would perhaps be a good idea to have a 'Pro licence' option which would enable you to randomly boost the stats of a trainer by sending them on a course? This would be along the lines of the injury recovery boost and would obviously need to cost quite a bit to complete otherwise everyone would have 20s coming out of their ears!
Perhaps a one off course for each coach?
