I've not yet recieved the total player value over 30.000.000 credits achievement, although I have a total player value of more than 30.000.000 credits. What could be the cause of this?

make atransfer action... i.e bring a youth up or that.

Achievement rewards are not always instant.
They can sometimes be given at the time of the next game update - ie "overnight" ...
