What am I doing wrong cannot produce Talent all though have top training facilities and trainers please advise me

Firstly your trainers are below bar personally I would not employ anything below 19 outfield 18 youth ideally 20 -19 as a minimum . Also try mixing up your training and finally your youth players under 18 are not good enough for W.C T .F club
