As a manager of a football club, it is your responsibility to hire staff to support your club. In Virtual Manager there is two types of staff members.
They each have their own set of abilities and can help your club in different ways.
Note: If you use a scout as a trainer the outcome of the training will be reduced by 50%.
Just like players, the staff require a wage to work for your club. The better they are at their job, the more wage they want. There are some staff members that are more greedy than others.
You can find staff members by going to Clubhouse > Staff > Staff Search.
Tip:
You should make sure that your club economy can handle the wages of staff members before hiring them.
