When a season is over the top two clubs in each league (except for the top leagues) will be promoted. The bottom four clubs will be relegated to the lower division.
Place 16 and 13 will relegate to the same group, while place 15 and 14 will relegate together to a different group.
Clubs are ranked in the following order of priority: most points, best goal difference, most scored goals, random.
A relegation will only happen if the division into which the clubs are to be transferred, is not empty.
