In need of help if anyone could please

Hello I have a strange question but is it a good idea to get Promoted to division 3 or stay in division 4 cause I know I won’t survive in division 3 and I will hardly win any games. Will I gain more money and supporters and stuff or will I lose it. As I’m on track to achieve division 3

My first time in D3 a few years ago was great for money. Sell out pretty much every game.\I would go up, no harm in my opinion
