Not sure where to ask so I'm gonna ask here. Is it a waste to train 15yo on Hard intensity using the training match and a trainer?
I might have read something suggesting this on some topic but not sure where.
No it's fine, it's actually better in some people's options, because you get a 15% rule, where is a stat is 15% higher the the rest, when that stat gets trained you get a lower training, so people do TM to keep the low stats somewhat level

Forgive I struggle sometimes to explain things

But in this case training at a "Hard" intensity does it give extra training to skills or it is just a waste of energy?
...and compared to a specialized training having a potential loss of increase (ignoring the potential loss due to uneven stats distribution)?

I don't know exactly how much, but it's something like

Extreme train can range 70%-100% of the players training potential
Hard train can range 50%-90% of the players training potential
Intense would be 50%-80%

As I said I'm not sure of the figures but that's how it works, I'm sure can will tell you exactly.

Is there any way, that instead of the whole thread and searching for the chart, we can just have a thread of just the chart alone please.

I don't need it personally but when I'm helping people and sending them links it would just make this information easier to relay to people

Providing this is what you are after - The Danish version still exists: https://www.virtualmanager.com/forums/da/dulakubai-s-vman

As Helsingborg United said above, everyone has their own different training routines and can depend on the player and your objective.

I don't have a set routine but tend to change training every day or two to ensure I'm hitting a mix of the important stats that are higher weighted to make up a players overall rating (again, different managers have varied opinions on when to move from training match to specialised training):

Keeper:
Handling 19.23%
Aerial 19.23%
Diving 19.23%
One on one 19.23%
Speed 7.69%
Acceleration 7.69%
Passing 1.92%
Stamina 1.92%
Perseverance 1.92%
Leadership 1.92%

Defender:
Tackling 40.54%
Speed 16.89%
Acceleration 16.89%
Passing 6.76%
Dribbling 3.38%
Stamina 3.38%
Perseverance 3.38%
Leadership 3.38%
Set pieces 3.38%
Finishing 2.03%

Midfielder:
Passing 22.58%
Dribbling 19.35%
Stamina 16.13%
Finishing 12.90%
Speed 9.68%
Perseverance 6.45%
Tackling 3.23%
Acceleration 3.23%
Set pieces 3.23%
Leadership 3.23%

Forward:
Finishing 30.03%
Dribbling 24.02%
Speed 15.02%
Acceleration 15.02%
Passing 3%
Perseverance 3%
Leadership 3%
Set pieces 3%
Stamina 2.4%
Tackling 1.5%
