Add Loans to VM

Playing games doesn't help improve players, so their is no point sending a player out for game time.
Nobody training players up is going to want to risk an injury to their player, playing for someone else.
There is literally no benefit to the club loaning out players.

Loans do not work for this game.

Maybe they could make it so players improve the more they play. Bear in mind that teams probably won't loan out a first team player, maybe not even an exciting prospect, but a player that might grow into something but not for sure.

They would have to completely change the way the game is to have players improve through playing games.
Thats not gonna happen anytime soon or if at all, so that is a moot point.
