if you have a good scout, for example, 20 potency ect
your scout can find untrained players who have not received a contract from their club they have discovered

here are some examples of the players who have found my scout today
stupid of those clubs that they thought he was an untrained youth
don't give a contract

when I was new to the game I did not realise the 5 players you sign needed to be trained to see if they were any good and 2 talented and a wonder kid last time I looked at him was valued at 19 million slipped through the net

"How can a club without scouts"

The dude somehow got the link to an untrained player from a different club and signed him.
Why should I pay 35k per week fro a scout to find one untrained a week when he can get it for free? This is really not ok.
