I wouldn't bother training them long term on a LTF no, quick flipping is the way to go for now in my opinion

He means buy a 15 yr old talent cheap(who hasnt had many trains), hope for a good train, then sell

Rinse, repeat

A couple of trains on your ground at most needs to be the aim...after that, your losing credits
