Just started playing, need some tips

I've just started playing and raided a bit of the free market with a couple of signings.

Are there any tips to successfully playing the game whilst earning income?

What's the best way to go about the starting stages?

free market often isn't free ...may need a signing on fee? best to look on auction you can get equally good players for 1c

Don't touch / Upgrade your Training facilities or Physio facilities for now - there are benefits from being at the lowest level which you will learn about later ...
Do Upgrade your Stadium - but be aware you are limited to 1,000 seats without Premium.
