In this game red cards and injuries tend to come in batches, I had two sent off in one game earlier this week and still managed to win. Don't let it upset you, it tests your skills as a manager always have at least 3 subs on the bench just in case of injuries or in case of red card especially defender's you can set this under match tactics . Do play around with all the features it will you gain experience by trail and error method . I hope this helps
