Making money without VM premium?

So I've played this game on and off - each time I found I can reach a certain point until I start running out of money and can't afford to keep getting better players. With my current training ground, making money from youths doesn't seem to be an option. Every season the monetary reward compared to required spending seems very inadequate.

How do you guys manage to keep your consistency?

Buy purchasing premium is the best option . Making credits can be done without premium by flipping players constantly on auctions . I had a top level pitch installed at my stadium 980 capacity which is near on the limit without premium and had 6m credits saved before purchasing premium it can be done but you got to put in time and effort to succeed.

But, on the other hand, it is more of a personal challenge to do well without Premium ... smiley

I like the idea of paying because it helps and it also helps whoever owns this game
