On the youth player page (which is located under "Squads" in the top menu) you can bring in young players from all over the world to your club*.
When bringing in youth players you can choose to generate the name of the player automatically or you can type in the name yourself. You have to pick a name that has already been approved by the crew. This is done to prevent non-serious or offensive names. If you have a name on your mind that is not yet on the list, you can create a support case and our team will evaluate it.
You must also define the player's nationality, age and position on the pitch.
The quality of the player is 100% random. Often, it is a good idea to keep your young players in the club for a couple of days at least, to test their abilities during training.
*The creation of players requires a Virtual Manager Premium license as a minimum.
