It looks complicated but it isn't really, just remember to pick wise ,each week, when it comes to your Captain and use your 1 weekly free transfer when needed. The special tokens we can look at later as the season unfolds

Vinny? Stop panicking. Get your finger out and read those rules. Just like Paul said, there's nothing to it mate. Don't worry about the chips until later in the season like Paul said. Your captain pick is very important every week as he gets double points. You won't come last vinny if you put the work in. You have 1 free transfer every week...if you don't use your free transfer in any particular week, then you have 2 free transfers the following week and if you don't use your 2 free transfers that week, tough luck as you'll only have 1 free transfer the following week. There is nothing much else to know vinny. You'll pick it up trust me if you put the time in. You have 100m budget. Defenders get points for clean sheets, scoring goals and assisting like the rest of the outfield players do so choosing a solid team will get you up and running. This comp is better than the sun in my opinion...never liked the way they have a panel to give extra points on players performances as that is debatable and could influence the overall rankings....there is none of that bolony here.

Aarons is a starter - Spurs and united have been looking at him - he was allegedly next on United's list if they couldn't get Wan-Bissaka done.

He doesn't take penalties, although that's probably a good thing tbf - 6 pens, 5 misses for the team collectively last season.
