Are you saying that we should rethink the way we train players, or perhaps wait until the new match system comes out.
Im trying to develop a spreadsheet to assist with training, with 10 different training systems and a tonne of other features.
This thread may actually have killed off all my hard work

I am concerned that the "training" element could be slightly tarnished with the potentially new idea.
Realistically if a player only gets marked up to 100, then it will either take ages to increase a stat by One 1, or it will be very quick until we are all on 100 and then the leagues will become impossible to climb because everyone has the same stats!
