open his page - for instance https://www.virtualmanager.com/employees/10039431
and scroll down to the bottom where you should find the choice from 2 buttons:
Hire Cohha Bullimore
or Hire for 0 Credits

I found it.

Shame, I wanted to hire a extra scout.
I couldn't and I don't need a extra trainer.

Another real barn burner today.. potentially quite worth it with a large and expensive roster and staff tho
