New employee search ... - thoughts?

Since this program began, I have done 90 searches at a cost of 795,000 credits, and pulled up 342 trainers. Not even one 20/20, and only a couple of 20/19 or 19/ 20s, all of whom were in their 50s, and 1 even in his 60s.
Yes, a great system you got here...all because of 2 or 3 people moaning about the old way.

So only 22 20/20 available trainers been created in almost 7 weeks. Surely not enough to go around.

This trainer things is a waste of time who care what they look like? Complete waste of time and energy I think whoever decided this is secretly sabotaging the game,taken in completely the wrong direction they tried to make a very poor version of football manager it's never going to be that bit instead neglected the game play experience it could have been good with proper guidance,too late now

As far as I can see, the only things which actually needed to ensured in the old system were:

1) make web scraping of site impossible.
2) make sure that coaches are released/created at different times of the day. A slow release not a bulk list of goodies.
3) make a limit to the number of coaches a team can sign
4) make a limit to the number of coaches which are effective. Having more than x number being detrimental training etc

Might as well just change it back because this doesn't work.
