So I started it, the first 4 of my players are put on auction. I guess it will take me up to 2 weeks to sell all my players at decent prices. Gives me some leeway into getting my own youth players. Tks for all the advice and comments

Depending on many factors, to many I care to list, but I will say that it is possible but tiring and tedious at times

The first 3 youth have been utterly useless, as usual

Now that player sales are on its way, it's time to think about the next steps.
To keep some income, after players are sold, I'll buy 17y on the free transfer market and keep them until I've one of my own youth to take over. This, of course, might slow it down a bit until I've a squad of only my own youth, but gives me some income to pay for the scouts and trainers.
If anyone has a better idea, I'm ready to hear it
