what's up with minimum price? if you bid it do they have to accept?

if you meet the minimum price, then the player auto goes to auction

If meet the minimum price then the bid goes through to the club for review. He/She can still reject it.

If the player is Transfer listed and you meet the TL price then the player will go to auction.

Of course. It blocks bids that you would find totally unacceptable.

One area that really comes into its own is when annoying little so and so`s start sending you offers of 1 credit on your players. It doesnt do any harm but its damn annoying. If you set a minimum price then it blocks these silly bids.
