hope everyone is staying safe, I am now into isolating for next 10 days myself as started showing symptoms just waiting on result. Anyone can get it no matter your age. I hope i just have a normal flu but its very covid like from experience.

What about the usage of D3 / Vitamin C / Zinc + Quercetin or green tea extracts?
Any studies you've come across?

I'm okay this is my 8th day, I'm still positive but symptoms have gone. Occasional little cough now but im good smiley
